Fuel shutoff rule

I switched to a belt drive pump this season. Just last weekend I had a fellow racer tell me I need a fuel shutoff to be legal? Any know if this is right or not?

I found it, looks like I do need to add a shutoff that I can activate from inside the car.

You will need a cable mounting clamp up front as well.....

This thing is really tight up front, not going to fun getting that big ass shutoff in there.

It says install in main fuel line but does say if it needs to be before or after the pump?
